We get a lot of requests for repairs and technical help which you can fix yourself, saving you time.
Just follow these simple steps:

| | Phones sometimes just need a break- turning them off and back on is all you need to do: - Turn the device off by pressing and holding the power button
- Remove the battery and wait for a few seconds (some device, including iPhones, have an built in battery that you cant remove)
- Replace the battery and turn the phone back on

| |  | | Clean the SIM / memory card
|
| | Sometimes dust can get between the SIM and the phone causing communication issues: - Turn the phone off and remove the SIM card
- Clean the gold connectors on the SIM with a clean lint-free cloth. Be careful SIMs can be fragile
- Replace the battery and turn the phone on without the SIM
- Turn the phone off, replace the SIM and restart the phone
