1. The Napster Unlimited Plus Mobile plan is applicable for all customers purchasing a Pay Monthly Android or iPhone handset or a Pay as you Go Android or iPhone handset.
2. Customers must be 18 years of age or older. To register on their own behalf. A parent or legal guardian may register on behalf of customers between 13 and 18 years of age.
3. This offer is for new Napster users only.
4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Napster free trial.
5. Pay monthly customers are entitled to 3 months' Free Napster Unlimited Plus Mobile.
6. Pay as you go customers are entitled to 1 month Free Napster Unlimited Plus Mobile.
7. Codes are usable once and are not transferable or assignable.
8. Codes can be redeemed until 1st November 2011.
9. In order to take advantage of this offer, you are required to register your details with Napster, including billing information.
10. If you take a free trial you can cancel anytime before the expiry date and you won't be charged. Once your trial period has expired, your membership will automatically be renewed. You will be charged for individual songs and albums you purchase and/or to upgrade your membership.
