If you order after 5pm, we'll process it on the next working day. So if, for example, you ordered after 5pm on Monday, read the table as though you'd ordered before 5pm on Tuesday.
Delivered to a store:
- If you are having your order delivered to a store over the holiday period, please allow one extra day for it to arrive.
*Deliveries to some areas may take longer:
- Deliveries to Northern Ireland can take an additional 2 days and are delivered between 7:30am and 5.30pm.
- Deliveries to Aberdeenshire and the Scottish Highlands and Islands (including Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands) can take an additional 2-3 days and are delivered between 7:30am and 5.30pm.
- Deliveries to the Channel Islands can take an additional 1-2 working days and are delivered between 7:30am and 5.30pm. Orders can take longer to arrive if an item is held up at customs.
**Unless a Saturday deliver service is selected, then delivery will take place on Sat 25 May
Your order may be delayed if:
- We have an unforeseen stock shortage.
- We can't get security clearance for your order straight away.
- There are any queries about your credit check (Pay monthly and upgrade orders).
- There's nobody available at your delivery address to sign for your delivery.
We'll contact you by phone or email if your order is delayed and we need more information from you.
