UK Terms and Conditions
1. To be eligible to claim a free Sony Ericsson Xperia PLAY experience pack, applicants must purchase a new Sony Ericsson Xperia PLAY handset on either Pay Monthly contract or Pay as You Go between 6th September 2011 and 30th September 2011, inclusive, from www.carphonewarehouse.co.uk2. Promotion Period: Purchases made between 6th September and 30th September 2011 (inclusive).
3. All claims for a free Experience pack must be made before 31st October 2011
4. How to claim:
a) The Carphone Warehouse will send a text to the new handset number between 14 and 16 days after purchase with instructions.
b) The text will include a link to a Sony Ericsson website that you will need to visit and enter your personal details
c) Upon correct completion of your details we will confirm that you qualify and then send your free Entertainment pack. Please allow 14 days from the date you claim, to receive your pack.
5. Sony Ericsson reserves the right to extend or withdraw this promotion at any time. Only one claim per product can be made.
6. If the qualifying Xperia PLAY handset is returned after the FREE Experience pack is claimed, the Experience pack must be returned along with the handset.
7. No cash or other alternative is available.
8. Any personal information supplied by you will be used by Sony Ericsson solely for the purpose of this promotion and in accordance with data protection legislation by submitting your details and completing the claim form on the Sony Ericsson website, you confirm that you are happy for The Carphone Warehouse Ltd to share your details of purchase with Sony Ericsson for the purposes of confirming your purchase
