This Offer is organised by Sony Mobile Communications AB, 221 88 Lund, Sweden. (“Sony Mobile Communications” or “Promoter”). In addition to the Offer Terms and Conditions set out below and the Sony Legal Notice including User Terms and Privacy Notice available at www.sony.com/Legal, you (“You” “Your”) hereby accept and agree that the rules below may apply without limitation to the Offer and Your use of this website. In addition, any instructions on how to enter this Offer form part of these terms and conditions.

  1. Offer open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 16 years of age or older, excluding employees and their families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the Offer. Parental consent for under 18’s required to enter and accept a reward.
  2. Only 1 claim per qualifying handset and TV purchase.
  3. Internet access required to submit your claim.
  4. Pre-order or buy an Xperia Z5 Premium handset, from Carphone Warehouse (either online, in store or through a call centre) and purchase a Sony 4K TV from Currys or PC World (either online or in store) during the Promotional Period to be eligible to claim £200 cashback.
  5. This Offer is only valid for Xperia Z5 Premium handsets pre-ordered on and between 23rd October 2015 and 9th November 2015 or purchased on and between 9th November 2015 and 31st January 2016 on a pay monthly plan only. The website will be open for registration on 9th November 2015 and close for registration at midnight on 31st January 2016 (“Promotion Period”). 
  6. Once You have received Your new Xperia handset, You’ll need to go to [www.sonymobile.com/4ktvoffer] by midnight on 31st January 2016 and enter the following details:
  • First name
  • Surname
  • Postal address
  • Date of birth
  • Email address
  • How did you purchase your handset (online/in store/over the phone)
  • When did you purchase your handset
  • Handset IMEI number
  • Mobile phone number
  1. You will also be required to upload a photo or scan of your Sony 4K TV receipt showing the item name, item number, product code, serial number and Currys or PC World store location. Should you encounter any issues uploading a copy of your Sony 4K TV receipt or submitting your claim, you can email handling@pims-sca.com for further assistance and a manual claim form.
  2. There is a 14-day (“cooling off period”) for smartphones to be returned. Only smartphones not returned within this period will be eligible to claim the cashback offer.
  3. Following the 14-day (“cooling off period”), all successful claims will be processed and you will receive a cheque to the full cashback amount within 28 days. Cheques will be made out to the name of the claimant only and posted to the address submitted at the point of entry.
  4. If there are any discrepancies between the information handed over from You and the retailer, a member of the fulfilment team will contact You and ask for proof of purchase (for in store this will be in the form of a receipt. For online and over the phone orders this will be in the form of a delivery note if delivered to Your house or a receipt if the handset was picked up in store).
  5. If You are required to provide proof of purchase it is acceptable to share a copy of this with the fulfilment team.
  6. Owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Sony reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time but will use all endeavours to minimise the effect to the consumer in order to avoid disappointment.
  7. You are responsible for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of participation in the Offer (including without limitation the purchase of the Xperia handset, TV, costs for entering the Offer including accessing the internet if applicable). Costs to enter the Offer via the internet may vary so please check with Your local service provider for current charges.
  8. No responsibility will be accepted by Sony for claims under this Offer being lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or undelivered, whether due to technical difficulties affecting the electronic communication or other reasons.
  9. Any personal information, including, without limitation, your name, age, address (including postcode), mobile phone number and/or email address will be used solely in connection with this Offer and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of this Offer (including subsequent promotions as stated in these Terms and Conditions). The Sony Privacy Notice displayed at http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/legal/ under “Privacy” applies to any processing of data performed in connection herewith.
  10. Sony Mobile Communications will not be responsible for any failed connection by Your attempt to access this Website for whatever reason.
  11. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all applications and to refuse to award the cashback and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
