How do I choose to have my order delivered to a store?

If you can't wait at home for a delivery, you can always have it delivered to the Carphone Warehouse store of your choice. Just pay online or over the phone and choose to collect your order from store.

If your local store already stocks your item, you may be able to Reserve & Collect it sooner

How do I choose to have my order delivered to a store if I order online?

  1. Navigate to what you want to buy, starting from the blue menu above, and click Proceed to checkout
  2. At the bottom of the Personal details screen you'll see an option to select a delivery address. Select Collect from store from the drop down menu and then click Choose a store
  3. You'll be sent to our store locator page where you can search for the store you'd like to visit. Once you've found the right one, click Deliver to this store on the right hand side of the screen
  4. You'll be automatically returned to the checkout where you can finish making your order

A bit more about collecting your order

When is my store open?

Most stores open from 9am to 6pm but opening hours do vary. Check the opening hours for individual stores using our store locator.

Will you update me on my order's progress?

  • Once your order has been dispatched we'll email you to let you know it's on its way to your chosen branch.

How do I collect my order?

Just pop into the Carphone Warehouse store you selected. Please make sure you have with you:

  • Your order details
  • The card you used to pay (we need this card to check your ID before we can give you your goods)
  • If you signed up to a pay monthly phone contract you may have to sign your contract before your phone is connected - ask if you're not sure.

What if I don't collect my order?

  • If you don't collect your order within seven days of making it, we'll send you a reminder via email.
  • If you haven't collected your order after 14 days, we'll automatically cancel it. We'll send you an email to let you know it's been cancelled.
