Can I choose to have my order delivered?

If you can't wait at home for a delivery, you can always have it delivered to the Carphone Warehouse store of your choice. Just pay online or over the phone and choose to collect your order from store.

Can I track my Click & Collect order?

You will receive a confirmation email letting you know which company is making your delivery. If your order is being delivered by DPD the email will also include a tracking number. If your order is being delivered by Carphone Warehouse you will not get a tracking number but the store will notify you when it is ready for collection.

When is my store open?

Most stores open from 9am to 6pm but opening hours do vary. Check the opening hours for individual stores using our store locator.

Will you update me on my order's progress?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know which company is making your delivery. If your order is being delivered by DPD the email will also include a tracking number. If your order is being delivered by Carphone Warehouse you will not get a tracking number but the store will notify you when it is ready for collection.

A bit more about collecting your order

How do I collect my order?

Just pop into the Carphone Warehouse store you selected. Please make sure you have with you:

  • Your order details
  • The card you used to pay (we need this to make a £1 payment to confirm your identity before we can give you your goods. Therefore, please make sure your account balance is more than £1)
  • If you signed up to a pay monthly phone contract you may have to sign your contract before your phone is connected - ask if you're not sure.

What Time Can I Pick My Order Up?

We receive deliveries throughout the day, but to avoid a wasted journey please call your chosen store before you visit to make sure that your delivery has arrived. The latest time items are delivered is 6pm, but check your local store's opening times to make sure it's open.

What if I don't collect my order?

  • If you don't collect your order within seven days of making it, we'll send you a reminder via email.
  • If you haven't collected your order after 14 days, we'll automatically cancel it. We'll send you an email to let you know it's been cancelled.
