Can I return or exchange the Pay monthly phone I bought in store?

I signed up to a new Pay monthly or 30 day rolling contract

Items bought at Carphone Warehouse stores can be returned or exchanged at any Carphone Warehouse store, but not at Samsung Experience Stores. Similarly, items bought at Samsung Experience Stores can only be returned or exchanged in a Samsung Experience Store.
