Three network pricing changes for contract customers

What are the increases?

  • Pay monthly and mobile broadband customers who joined the Three network before 8th March 2012 will be required to pay an increase of 3.6% on their bill.
  • The change will effect from your first bill after 16th July 2012. It will not affect one month SIM Only, Business or Pay as you go customers.

Why are these increases being made?

  • Rising business costs have meant Three have reviewed their prices and found it necessary to implement a price increase. The increase is based on the average cost of goods and services across the country for consumers and businesses and the changes reflect the national average, in line with inflation.

How much more will I pay?

The increase will be based on your monthly bill, before the addition of add-ons or bundles such as All-you-can-eat data. For example:

If you pay £15 a month, the increase will be 54p.

If you pay £25 a month, the increase will be 90p.
