What's the return policy for Face your Case custom accessories?
Any custom orders made through Face your Case are unique to you, so are not returnable.

Where can I upload my images from?
We recommend using a JPEG image file and where you upload your images is from is up to you! These can be personal ones saved on your computer, or ones from Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.

Can I upload more than one image to create my case?
Absolutely! There are several layout options. You can select from single images or multi-image layouts and several background colours.

What image dimensions are recommended for the best results?
For the highest quality image for your case, we suggest uploading an image that's at least 1650 pixels in height and 1650 pixels in width. The higher resolution the image, the better the end result will be.

Tip! There are several layout options in the design tool. If your image is too small for a single image layout - try one of the other layout options available. The photo booth and the grid layouts are great choices when using smaller images. Make sure you select a coloured background for an even better result!

How do I save a copy of the design so i can show it to my friends?
Before you click on the buy now button - you can choose to share the design on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and you can download a copy to your computer. If you've already gone through the check out and would like a larger copy of the design - submit a request to the Face your Case team on 0203 356 4940, from 9am to 5pm or email support@Case

Are the images printed in CMYK or RGB?
Our cases are printed in CMYK. For those of you designing your own images in Photoshop or other design tools, if the images are created in RGB and then converted to CMYK, the colours can change, sometimes becoming duller, this is because CMYK doesn't have the same colour range that RGB does. We recommend that you open the image in Photoshop, then convert it to CMYK to see what it'l look like when we print the case. This will give you the best representation of the colours as they'll be printed.

Does Case Mate adjust the image to make it fit the case?
Case Mate prints the case just as it's uploaded by you. So make sure the case design is just how you want it before clicking buy now!

What do i do if i want to change the image or case type after i order the case?
Let us know asap by calling 0203 356 4940, from 9am to 5pm or emailing support@Case and we'lll make every effort to stop the case before it goes to production. However, once the case is printed, because it's a custom made case, we can't make any changes to your order.

What are the cases made from?
Face your Case cases are made from lexan, a special resin that's stronger and more flexible than normal polycarbonate, making it scratch resistant and giving it a smooth gloss finish.

What is the warranty?
All Face your Case cases, including create-your-own custom and pre-designed cases come with a 90 day limited warranty on all products sold. This means that they are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. The guarantee does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse of the product. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage to your device as a result of the use of any Case Mate product. Case Mate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of this product.
