What is a Pay as you go upgrade price match?

If you're eligible for a Pay as you go upgrade, come into store and you're guaranteed the best deal across the major networks. When you buy a new Pay as you go phone, you can stay on your network (and keep your SIM, your number and any credit you have), without missing out on any great prices offered on other networks.

How does it work?

So for example:  

• You've seen a phone you really like the look of
• But the best price for it is on a different network than the one you're on at the moment
• But you don't want to change networks; you're happy where you are
• Upgrading your Pay as you go phone in store means we'll give you the lowest price offered by any network, but let you stay on the network you love!

What else do I need to know?

• You're not required to buy an additional top up to activate your new phone.
• This offer is not currently available on 3 or talkmobile.
• The same terms and conditions of your network will still apply.
• The Pay as you go upgrade price match is currently only available to customers who come into store.
