• PO boxes, educational establishments, hospitals, MOD establishments or work addresses that aren't on our database.

Can you deliver to a different address if I'm not going to be at home?

Because of security issues, some items can only be delivered to your billing address. Most other products can be sent to a different address.

If you're buying online

We'll do our best to deliver your order to the address you choose at the checkout. If we need to deliver to your billing address we'll email you to let you know. Don't worry - if you can't be there Yodel can arrange a re-delivery at a convenient time.

Deliveries to the Channel Islands

• Deliveries to the Channel Islands are sent by DHL International Air Express and will arrive between 7.30am and 5.30pm.
• We do our best to deliver within 1-2 working days if you order before 5pm Monday - Saturday (if you're buying on a Sunday, you'll need to order before noon to get next working day delivery).
• Deliveries can take longer if an item is held up at customs.
• If DHL try to deliver your order when you're not in, they'll leave a card to tell you how to rebook the delivery. If they don't hear from you within two days the order will be returned to us.

How long deliveries take

We can't change your delivery address once you've ordered

Unfortunately we can't change your delivery address after you've ordered. If you miss the first attempted delivery, Yodel or Royal Mail will leave you a card explaining how to arrange a more convenient delivery time.
