Terms and Conditions:
1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK who are 18 years of age and over.
2. Entry into the promotion shall be deemed to be full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the promotion.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these terms and conditions, the promotion rules and the promotion.
4. The 50 experience day promotion shall commence on 23rd October through to the 24th December 2013.
5. Upon purchase of your Smartphone with Carphone Warehouse between 23rd October and the 24th December you shall be issued a 50 voucher containing a unique code. Your voucher entitles you to a 50 Experience Voucher at participating outlets listed.
6. The 100 experience day promotion shall commence on the 8th November through to the 13th December.
7. Upon signing up to a 12, 18 or 24 month Pay Monthly Contract with Carphone Warehouse between 8th November and the 13th December you shall be issued a 100 voucher containing a unique code. Your voucher entitles you to a 100 Experience Voucher at participating outlets.
8. "Pay Monthly" refers to 12, 18 or 24 month contracts on selected networks and tariffs, subject to credit check.
9. You cannot avail of both a 50 and a 100 Experience Voucher. Only one experience voucher will be issued per handset purchased.
10. Only one voucher may be used per booking.
11. Please log on to the supporting website www.carphonewarehouseexperiencedays.com between 1st January 2014 and 31st January 2014 in order to validate your code and claim your experience voucher.
12. All participating outlets will be displayed on the website from 1st January 2014.
13. Voucher codes can only be entered into the website once, therefore please ensure you are connected to a printer in order to download your voucher. If you are not connected to a printer you will lose your experience as access to the website more than once is not permitted.
14. If you do not claim your experience once you have entered your unique code you cannot re-access this section of the website.
15. You are required to pre book your experience directly with your chosen supplier stating you hold a 50 or 100 Carphone Warehouse Experience Voucher. All bookings are subject to the
availability of your chosen outlet and do not entitle you to priority booking over other customers. General terms and conditions of the outlet apply.
16. The duration of your experience will depend and is at the discretion of your chosen supplier.
17. Some suppliers are open seasonally. The date will be listed against each supplier, where applicable. You must however book your experience with the supplier before the expiry date on your voucher. In this case you have until the 30th of April to avail of your experience.
18. Any additional activities taken up will be charged at the normal rate by the outlet.
19. Upon arrival to your experience you must produce your original voucher, proof of purchase (original receipt) and your downloaded voucher. If you do not have all the necessary documents you will not be granted your experience by the supplier.
20. If the booking is made with the outlet and you do not show up, the voucher will become cancelled/invalidated.
21. All experiences are valid for three months from date of download unless otherwise stated.
22. Once your experience has been chosen and the voucher downloaded no exchange can be made for an alternative reward.
23. The printed voucher may only be redeemed in accordance with the voucher terms and conditions and individual Supplier terms and conditions may also apply.
24. Vouchers are non-transferable to any other person or for any alternative product or service, other than against the purpose for which it is intended. Cash redemption value is 0.01.
25. Vouchers which are defaced, photocopied, damaged will not be accepted. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
26. Unless otherwise stated this promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
27. The Promoter will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage, cost, expense or liability suffered or incurred by any person, entrant or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this promotion.
