Research has shown that over £5 billion is being wasted by people being on the wrong mobile deal, £173 million of which is on data. Below are answers to your questions on the topic.

Why are you alerting customers to how much of their tariff is wasted?

As more people than ever are using data on their smartphones, wrong tariffs are becoming more of an issue.

What are CPW doing to make sure I get the right mobile phone deal when it's time to change tariff?

As the only independent retailer to offer all the networks, we have the most deals. Additionally our customer advisors aren't given incentives to sell on particular networks or manufacturers.

I don't think my contract is right for me, but it doesn't finish for a while, what can you recommend?
