Adding a VIP

Give your favourite contacts VIP status, so their messages appear in one place and are easily retrieved when opening your Mailbox.

  1. Select Mail on the homescreen
  2. Select VIP
 VIP
  1. Select Add VIP
 VIP
  1. From the contacts listed, select your VIP
 VIP

Your selected contact is now a VIP.

Adding a VIP alert

Give your VIPs their own personal alert.

  1. Select Mail on the homescreen
  2. Select VIP
 VIP
  1. Select your VIP from the list of contacts
  2. Select VIP alerts
  3. Select VIP
 VIP
  1. Select New Mail sound
 VIP
  1. Select your chosen sound

Your selected VIP now has their own alert.
