Turn it off then on again

Have you ever called a support centre for help troubleshooting your device only to be told to turn it off then on again? Well that’s exactly what this page does!
So many issues with your device can be solved this way. Before you turn off your device make sure save anything you were doing, so no information is lost.

First start by turning your device off, waiting a few minutes then turning it back on. If this doesn’t solve the issue:

• turn off your device
• remove the battery and SIM
• re-insert the battery, but not the SIM
• turn it back on
• once the phone has fully loaded, turn it off again
• re-insert the battery and SIM
• then turn it on
