Changing networks

If you've recently changed networks and have found your internet connection or text message service isn't work on your Lumia, try these tips.

Use the Network Setup application

Go to Marketplace, if it's your internet connection that isn't working, you can do this via Wi-Fi.
Download and install the Network Setup app.
Select your network from the network profile list, to restore your settings.

Manually add network settings

To restore your internet connection:
On the home screen select the arrow
Select Settings
Select mobile network
Select add apn, and manually enter your network settings information. You'll need to ask your network for these.
