Unlock using face detection

1. In the applications list, select Settings
2. Select Lock screen

3. Select Screen lock
4. Select Face

5. Select Next

6. Select Set it up

7. Select Continue

8. Adjust the phone to fit your face inside the figure
9. Select Continue

10. Then complete the set up using a secondary unlock PIN or pattern E.g. We recommend also adding a PIN or pattern in case it's too dark to see your face.

Unlock pattern

If you forget your unlock pattern, you can deactivate the screen lock feature with a backup PIN.

1. In the applications list, select Settings
2. Select Lock screen

3. Select Screen lock
4. Select Pattern

5. Draw a pattern to connect at least 4 dots together and select Continue
6. Draw the pattern again and select Continue

7. Select a backup pin and select OK
8. Enter the backup pin again and select OK

Unlock PIN

1. In the applications list, select Settings
2. Select Lock screen

3. Select Screen lock
4. Select PIN

5. Enter a new PIN and select Continue
6. Re-enter the PIN and select OK
