Inserting a memory card

A memory card allows you to store additional media on your phone; your phone will use a microSD or microSDHC memory card. Ensure you use the correct type of card for your phone, as incompatible ones can damage it.

• Remove the back cover and the battery
• Insert memory card
• Lock memory card in place by sliding it firmly

Formatting a memory card

Ensure you back up any data on your memory card first, as formatting it will wipe any data from it.

• In Menu
• Select Settings
• Select Memory
• Select Memory card details
• Select Format then Yes
