Transferring your contacts

PC Companion is free to use and its compatible files are already saved to your device.

To download PC Companion to your PC

• Connect your new device to a PC using a USB cable
• Select Install on your new device to install the programme on your PC
• If a window pops up on your computer, select Run Startme.exe
• Select Install
• Follow the on screen prompts to complete the download

Transfering your contacts:

• Once PC Companion is installed on your PC open it and select Contacts Setup
• Follow the on screen prompts to transfer your contacts

Transferring your contacts using synchronisation accounts

If you've previously synced your contracts in your old phone using Google Sync, Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync or Facebook you can transfer your contacts using that account.

• On the home screen, select the square grid
• Select Settings
• Select Accounts & sync
• Select the type of account you want to sync
• Select the 4 line icon
• Select Sync now
