To access emails and BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) from a BlackBerry you'll need a specific BlackBerry tariff on your account.

Each network has its own name for this additional tariff, such as BlackBerry Bolt On, BlackBerry Tariff or BlackBerry Booster.

How do I get a BlackBerry specific tariff?

• If you didn't get a BlackBerry tariff when you bought your phone, speak to your network, who can set one up for you. There is usually an additional monthly charge for this.
