Bluetooth

Bluetooth is an open wireless technology for exchanging data over short distances, for example use it to send music from one device to another.

  1. On the homescreen, select the All apps button
  2. Select Settings
  3. Switch Bluetooth ON

  1. Check the box next to Bluetooth, the Bluetooth icon will now appear in the status bar
  2. Check the box next to Discoverable
  3. Your device will now be visible for other phones to see for 120 seconds.

Naming your phone

  1. On the homescreen, select the All apps button
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Bluetooth

  1. Select 3 dotted lined at the bottom right hand corner

  1. Select Rename phone
  2. Enter a name for your device
  3. Select Rename

Pairing your phone

  1. On the homescreen, select the All apps button
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Bluetooth

  1. In the Bluetooth devices list, select the device you want to pair with
  Bluetooth
  1. A code will appear, ensure the other device has this code
  2. Select Pair
