Activating Bluetooth

Select Menu button on the home screen
Select Settings
Select Wireless & networks
Turn on Bluetooth

To send a file, go to the file you want to transfer via Bluetooth and long press that file. Select Share and Bluetooth and then select the device you are sending it to.
