Refunds and exchanges
BullGuard Mobile Security is activated by the user with a unique code, so we can't refund the product if the box has been opened.
As long as the box hasn't been opened:- We can exchange or refund your product, as long as it's within 14 days of purchase.
- After this time we can only accept products that are faulty, for return.
