How can I make sure I never run out of credit?
Auto top up is available via the toggle website - this way you set when and how much you want to top up.
Can I top up while abroad?
Yes via the toggle website or by calling +44 7438 646 321 while abroad.
How can I register the SIM for the one rate?
Make sure you've inserted your new SIM in your phone and found the network, then visit www.togglemobile.co.uk select Register, fill in the form and follow the onscreen instructions.
Does this registration expire if completed in store?
Yes after 30 days - you will need to register online www.togglemobile.co.uk
How many countries can I select?
Currently an additional 8 countries can be registered to use the one rate.

What is a local number and how do I get one?
A local number is a specific country’s number, local to that country. When travelling to another country you can give the local number to friends and family so it's cheaper for them to call you. So there's no need to ever buy SIM cards abroad again - plus, when you come back to the UK or anywhere in the world people from that country can call you that same local number and pay local rates only, you will receive the call for free if you’re in any of the free incoming call countries. To get this, you need to fully register at www.togglemobile.co.uk, login into the account and then select Register Local Number.
Does a minimum top up have to be present at all times?
Yes, a minimum credit of £6 is required to make calls outside toggle mobile countries and a minimum of £1.00 is required to receive calls in any toggle mobile country.
Can the caller still call the UK number and local number, for example a French number?
Yes, you can receive calls on your French number and UK number simultaneously. The same applies to all the local numbers you have registered, they are also available all the time.
If I have multiple numbers assigned on my SIM card, which one will be displayed when I make a call?
Your UK primary number will always show when you make a call, regardless of additional numbers assigned.
What happens if I travel to one of the toggle mobile countries without requesting a local number or registering?
If you travel to a toggle mobile country without requesting a local number or registering you will pay roaming charges but if you’re in one of the 22 listed countries you will receive free incoming calls as long as you keep the minimum £1 balance.
Can I use data or internet?
Yes internet settings arrive via texts when you first enter your SIM. Alternatively call customer services and they will activate the service. Currently data is only available in Toggle mobile countries.
Can I keep their current number or transfer this over?
Yes, to transfer your existing UK mobile number to toggle, simply contact your current mobile service provider and ask for your PAC code. Once you have your PAC code, please contact toggle customer services who will activate the transfer for you. You can only transfer UK numbers.
