What does it do?

The Carphone Warehouse Store Finder app helps you find your nearest store when you're out and about.

  • It uses GPS to find your location, then shows you the location (and directions to) any of our 800 stores on Google Maps.
  • Another fun feature is augmented reality, which shows you where our stores are in the real world. Just hold your iPhone's camera up to view the street in front of you, and the app will show you which direction to walk in on the screen.
  • You'll also find our stores' opening times and contact details, plus links to other useful sites and apps.

Which phones is it available on?

The app works on iPhone 3, 3GS, 4 and 4S (augmented reality is only available on 3GS, 4 and 4S).

 

How do I get it?

You can download the app on The Carphone Warehouse Store Finder page on iTunes.

 

Troubleshooting

If you have any problems with the app:

  1. Close the app and restart it
  2. If that doesn't help, hard reset your iPhone by holding down the main power button and the round home key on the front of the phone at the same time
