What happens if my child loses their bemilo phone?

Contact bemilo's customer service centre directly and they'll arrange for the SIM to be blocked and a replacement SIM card to be sent out. There is a small charge for this of £5 + postage and packaging.

SIM only returns and exchanges

  • We are unable to refund or exchange SIM only contracts with bemilo.
  • We advise you to use up any remaining credit on your bemilo tariff, then not renew your subscription once your contract expires.

SIM and phone returns and exchanges

  • The phone can be returned within 14 days if you changed your mind or within 28 days if there is a fault.
  • Please note: only the cost of the phone will be refunded, we can't except the SIM and therefore the SIM card must not be returned and should be retained by the customer.
