Can I return or exchange the Pay monthly phone I bought in store?
I signed up to a new Pay monthly or 30 day rolling contract
Items bought at Carphone Warehouse stores can be returned or exchanged at any Carphone Warehouse store.

*You can't swap your O2 iPhone for a different handset, or change network. If you'd like to do either of these things, you'll need to cancel your contract completely and buy a new phone.

+ If you upgrade to an iPhone on Vodafone you can't swap it for a different handset. If you upgrade to a non-iPhone handset, you can't swap it for an iPhone.
