Making an additional payment
- If you pay by direct debit, you can also make additional payments into your account whenever you like. You might want to do this if you're expecting charges on your account (if you'd been abroad for example) and you want to clear these whilst you can. Or if you have an extra bit of cash that you want to give to your network, to ensure it's spent on your bill.
- Your network will deduct your extra payment from your next direct debit, providing it's made in enough time; if it's not, it will be deducted from the bill after that.
