Making a payment online

You can make a one-off payment via online billing. However, if you have a direct debit set up and your direct debit is due to come out within five working days, we will take out the entire direct debit amount. If your direct debit is due to come out in more than five working days, your one-off payment will be deducted from the direct debit amount.

1. Log into online Billing and click on Detailed account summary
2. Click on Credit card payment
3. Enter your details and click Submit
4. It will take up to 24 hours for the payment to show on your account.
