Customers purchasing selected products* between 31st October and 24th December 2018 are able to return or exchange purchases up to and including 14th January 2019, or within 21 days of your original purchase, whichever is later.
Our Online and over the phone Christmas returns policy applies to products bought between 31st October and 24th December 2018 please see below for details.

*You can't swap your O2 iPhone for a different handset, or change network. If you'd like to do either of these things, you'll need to cancel your contract completely and buy a new phone.
^Unfortunately we do not operate a change of mind policy on this product. However, if your product is defective in any way or if you are having difficulties with coverage then please contact us as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Top-up returns
We can't refund top-ups once you've bought them. If you return a pay as you go phone which you bought with inclusive top-up you won't lose the airtime credit - keep the SIM card and use the credit by putting the SIM in a different phone.
