How to check your credit file

If you'd like to see the information currently shown on your credit file, you can apply for a copy of your credit file from these credit reference agencies. If once you have viewed your credit file you are still unhappy with the decision made by the network provider, you can then appeal directly to them, by supplying an up to date copy of your credit file with a covering letter.
