How long will my chequeback cheque take to arrive?
When it's time to send us your bill, photocopy the first two pages and post them to us using recorded delivery

We'll text you when we've received your bill, and again when we've approved your claim
You get your cheque!
(It can take up to 60 days to arrive from the day we receive your claim)
It can take up to 28 days for you to get your cheque from the time we receive your claim. If you haven't received your cheque after 28 days, please Contact us and let us know.
