Can I return or exchange the SIM free phone I bought in store?
SIM free phones bought in store
- You can swap your SIM free phone for a different handset within 14 days of buying it.
- You can only swap your phone for a different model once.
- You can't return your phone and get a refund.
Items bought at Carphone Warehouse stores can be returned or exchanged at any Carphone Warehouse store. Carphone Warehouse no longer operates the Samsung Experience Stores from 4 March 2017. This means that products purchased at a Samsung Experience Store prior to 4 March 2017 should be returned or exchanged in a Carphone Warehouse store. Products purchased on or after 4 March 2017 should be returned or exchanged at a Samsung Experience Store.
Customers purchasing selected products* between 30th October and 24th December 2019 are able to return or exchange purchases up to and including Sunday 14th January 2020, or within 21 days of your original purchase, whichever is later.
