How do I get my chequeback cheque?

Work out which bill to send and photocopy the first two pages (or print them out if you have online billing). You'll also need to write a cover note with your details

We'll text you when we've received your bill, and again when we've approved your claim
You get your cheque!

(It can take up to 60 days to arrive from the day we receive your claim)

How does my chequeback deal work?

You pay your line rental in full each month. Then, once you've paid a certain number of bills, we'll send you a cheque to refund part of what you've paid. With some of our deals the cheques will come in stages - you'll get one cheque after a certain number of bills and more after other set periods.

Unless you've got an automatic cashback deal.

I've got the right bill - when should I send it?

Send us the bills we need as soon as they arrive. We need a photocopy of the first two pages (or a print out of the first two pages if you get your bills online). We'll send your cheque within 60 days.

Is there anything else I need to include when I make my claim?

You need to include a cover note with your personal details and your Carphone Warehouse customer account number (you'll find this on the invoice you got when you signed up). Use our chequeback checklist to find out exactly what you need.
