Returning your product by post.

 

If you need to exchange a product but can’t make it down to your local Carphone Warehouse store, don’t worry - it’s super easy to exchange it by post.  

 

Just follow these quick and simple steps:

 

·         Give us a call on 0800 049 6250 and check whether you’re eligible for an exchange

·         If you are, we’ll get a return label sent to you by email  

·         Print your label, attach it to your parcel, and take it to any DPD pickup shop within 7 days. This service is completely free of charge.

·         You can expect two confirmation emails. One when the order is on its way to us, and another to confirm it has reached us safely

iPhones

 

If you’re exchanging an iPhone, please make sure to deactivate ‘find my phone’. If you don’t, we may not be able to accept your exchange. Find out how to do this here.

 

Personal Data

 

Before you return a product to us, make sure you’ve removed any personal data stored on the device (e.g. photos/saved numbers), as you won’t be able to access it once it’s been returned.

 

Make sure you include:

 

·         Your full name and address (including postcode)

·         Proof of purchase, or if you no longer have this, the transaction number (you’ll find this on the upper right-hand corner of your invoice)  

·         Your product and all the accessories that came with it

  • if you're exchanging a phone don't send us the SIM card, you'll need to put it in your new phone when we send it back (unless you're swapping an Orange mobile phone, in which case you will need to send us your SIM!)

·         All the product’s original packaging

 

We’ll send you a replacement once we’ve received the original product
