If you purchased Carphone Warehouse broadband on or after 1st November, 2012 please contact your local store.

The following returns policies apply to all purchases made before 1st November, 2012

Can I change my mind before broadband has been installed?	Yes - as long as the packaging on your modem is unopened*
Can I change my mind after broadband has been installed?	Within 14 days of purchase	Within 30 days of purchase*	Within 7 days of purchase	No	Within 28 days of purchase
