When can I upgrade?
Are you on a SIM only contract and want to know when you can upgrade?
Providing you have paid your bills on time and subject to your credit status, the following terms apply:

|3 months, unless the customer is on a restricted sim product.||No|
|6 months providing all payments were made on time.||No|
|75 days before contract end date.||No|
Can I upgrade before my contract ends?
If you can't wait for the latest 'must have' handset, see how early you can upgrade using the table below.

|Orange (to EE)||45 days before your contract end date|
|T-Mobile (to EE)||45 days before your contract end date|
|Vodafone||75 days before your contract end date|
|O2||30 days before for a free upgrade or customer can early upgrade from 3 months in to their contracts by paying an ealy upgrade fee|
Looking to switch networks?
If you want to upgrade early and move to a different network to the one you're currently on, you're required to pay off the remainder of your current contract (what you agreed to pay each month, multiplied by how long you have left on it). Call 0800 049 6248^ for more information.
