We'll happily organise a repair for the below makes of laptop or any games console bought from us but because they have to be sent to the manufacturer, you'll get your product back quicker if you miss us out and go straight to them. It can take up to 28 days.
- HP, Dell, Samsung, Fujitsu Siemens

We can repair these phones ourselves:

We send iPhones back to the manufacturer and will exchange them if they're within their warranty. :

Our fully accredited engineers can repair these phones according to manufacturer guidelines.

It doesn't matter if you bought your phone from us or not. If you didn't get the phone from us, just remember to bring proof of purchase with you.

We'll fix faults covered by the manufacturer's warranty for free, wherever you got your phone from. You'll be charged for faults that aren't covered by the warranty - find out how much repairs cost.

We'll need to send your phone back to the manufacturer to get it repaired.

If you bought your phone from us we'll happily send it to the manufacturer for you. But because we're not accredited to repair these phones, you'll get your phone back quicker if you go straight to your manufacturer.

If you want to bring your phone into a Carphone Warehouse store but you didn't buy it from us originally, please bring proof of purchase.
