How can I upgrade on Pay as you go?
If you're eligible for a Pay as you go upgrade, you can do it online or in any of our stores. When you buy a new Pay as you go phone, you can stay on your network and keep your SIM, your number and any credit you have. And of course, you will stay on the network you love!
What else do I need to know?
You're not required to buy an additional top up to activate your new phone.
The same terms and conditions of your network will still apply.
