Pay monthly: To check your usage and remaining allowance, call 44555 free from your Vodafone mobile

To make a payment, call 56677 free from your Vodafone mobile

Pay as you go: To see your balance on screen, call *#1345# free from your Vodafone Pay as you go mobile

To see your remaining allowance, call 2345 free from your Vodafone Pay as you go mobile

If you don?t have your mobile with you, call the Pay as you go credit line on 03333 048048 from any other mobile or landline (standard call charges apply)

Virgin Mobile

You can check your balance in a number of ways:

  • Visit m.virginmedia.com/account
  • Visit your app store and search for "Virgin Mobile My Account" for the balance app
  • Text Balance to 789789
  • Call 789 and press option '1' for your remaining allowances.
  • Or check it on a computer by visiting Your Account.

Check the amount of minutes, texts and data you've used by calling 7777 from your iD Mobile phone.

EE
Text the following codes, in capital letters to 150:
AL to check how many minutes, texts and data you have left
UP to find out when you're due an upgrade
Before you go abroad text RO followed by the country you're visiting, eg. FRANCE to check what you're roaming costs will be
Once you've registered your card with EE , you can make payments by text. Text CR followed by the last 4 digits of your credit/debit card, followed by the 3 digit security code on the back of your card (4 if American Express).
For example CR 1234 10.00 123 (remember to leave spaces)
